About Jane Wong

Jane Wong is an American poet and professor at Western Washington University. She is the author of Overpour and has been published in Best American Poetry 2015 and Best New Poets 2012. Wong grew up in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, where her parents owned a Chinese restaurant, and where Jane remembers much of her childhood.

She holds an M.F.A. in Poetry from the University of Iowa and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Washington and is an Associate Professor of Creative Writing at Western Washington University. Her poems can be found in places such as Best American Nonrequired Reading 2019, Best American Poetry 2015, American Poetry Review, POETRY, AGNI, The Kenyon Review, New England Review, and others. Her essays have appeared in places such as McSweeney’s, Black Warrior Review, Ecotone, The Common, The Georgia Review, Shenandoah, and This is the Place: Women Writing About Home.

A Kundiman fellow, she is the recipient of a Pushcart Prize and fellowships and residencies from the U.S. Fulbright Program, Artist Trust, Harvard’s Woodberry Poetry Room, 4Culture, the Fine Arts Work Center, Bread Loaf, Hedgebrook, Willapa Bay, the Jentel Foundation, SAFTA, Mineral School, the Barbara Deming Memorial Fund, Loghaven, and others.

About Diana Khoi Nguyen

Poet and multimedia artist Diana Khoi Nguyen was born and raised in California. She earned a BA in English and Communication Studies from UCLA, an MFA from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver. She is the author of the chaplet Unless (Belladonna*, 2019) and debut poetry collection, Ghost Of (Omnidawn Publishing, 2018), which was selected by Terrance Hayes for the Omnidawn Open Contest, and was a finalist for the National Book Award and L.A. Times Book Prize. It received the 2019 Kate Tufts Discovery Award and Colorado Book Award. Her poetry and prose have appeared widely in magazines and journals such as Poetry Magazine, American Poetry Review, and PEN America.

A Kundiman fellow, Nguyen’s other honors include awards from the 92Y “Discovery”/Boston Review Poetry Contest, Key West Literary Seminars, and Academy of American Poets. She has held scholarships and fellowships from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center. She teaches creative writing at Randolph College Low-Residency MFA and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

About Angelo B Nikolopoulos

Angelo Nikolopoulos (born September 24, 1981) is an American poet. His poems have appeared in The Best American Poetry (2012), Best New Poets (2011), Boston Review, Fence, Los Angeles Review of Books, New York Quarterly, Poetry Society of America, Tin House, TriQuarterly, and elsewhere.

About Paul Tran

Paul Tran is the author of the debut poetry collection, All the Flowers Kneeling, from Penguin in the US and the UK. They are a Visiting Faculty in Poetry at Pacific University MFA in Writing and a Wallace Stegner Fellow in Poetry at Stanford University. A recipient of the Ruth Lilly & Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation and a Discovery/Boston Review Poetry Prize, their work appears in The New Yorker, The Nation, Best American Poetry, and elsewhere.

Tran is the first Asian American since 1993 to win the Nuyorican Poets Cafe Grand Slam, and has placed in the Top 10 at the Individual World Poetry Slam and has earned ninth, fifth, second place in three consecutive National Poetry Slams. … They are a 2018 “Discovery”/Boston Review Poetry Prize winner.

About Richard Fein

Richard Fein received both a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration before beginning his impressive career in advising and program management. He was the director of Undergraduate Placement at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he was the founding director of placement program for over 450 seniors. About George Kalogeris

George Kalogeris has published three books of poetry, including Guide to Greece. His work has received the James Dickey Poetry Prize and been selected by Christopher Ricks for the anthology Joining Music with Reason. He teaches literature and classics in translation at Suffolk University.

About Gloria Mindock

Gloria Mindock is the founding editor and Publisher of Červená Barva Press, owner of The Lost Bookshelf book store, and one of the USA editors for Levure Litteraire (France). She is the author of ASH (Glass Lyre Press, 2021), I wish Francisco Franco Would Love Me (Nixes Mate Books, 2018), Whiteness of Bone (Glass Lyre Press, 2016), La Portile Raiului (Ars Longa Press, Romania, 2010) translated into the Romanian by Flavia Cosma, Nothing Divine Here, (U Šoku Štampa., 2010), and Blood Soaked Dresses (Ibbetson, 2007).

Widely published in the USA and abroad, her poetry has been translated and published into the Romanian, Croation, Serbian, Montenegrin, Spanish, Estonian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Turkish and French. About Denise Provost

Denise Provost served for many years in local government and for almost fifteen years in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. She has published in such journals as Ibbetson Street, Muddy River Poetry Review, qarrtsiluni, Quadrille, Poetry Porch’s Sonnet Scroll, Sanctuary, Light Quarterly, and in numerous Bagel Bard anthologies. She received the New England Poetry Club’s Samuel Washington Allen Award in 2021, and the Best Love Sonnet Award from the Maria C. Faust Sonnet Competition in 2012. Her chapbook Curious Peach was published by Ibbetson Street Press in 2019.
