Alford Free Public Library

The Alford Children’s Library is dedicated to the memory of Susan Smith Andersen; it’s located in the Alford Town Hall. The Library is open on Saturday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

It is a small Library and does not keep information concerning local genealogy; please contact the Massachusetts Library System and Ancestry.com for family genealogy information.

Although we do not have an adult library, free public Wi-Fi internet access is available. We also have a partnership with the Great Barrington Libraries, which allows our residents to obtain books through inter-library loan.
