CHESHIRE, MA.
The Cheshire Library is a full member of the Central and Western Massachusetts Automated Resource System (C/WMARS). It is fully certified by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners and meets or exceeds all requirements to receive modest annual state funding. The library, which primarily is supported by municipal appropriation, is open 15 hours per week; offers spring, summer, and fall children’s story programs; participates in the national summer reading program, and offers periodic author talks or other programs for adults.
The library is located on the south side of the Town Hall, at 23 Depot St.
