Founded in 1866, the Hinsdale Public Library has served the small town of Hinsdale, Massachusetts as a library and historical archive for more than a century. The building features a unique blend of Gothic and farmhouse-style architecture designed by Leopold Eidlitz (also responsible for the New York State Capitol in Albany) and still boasts most of the original woodwork.
